A closed circle of silver. The perimeter never settles.
The Bangle is the (A) Symmetry series taken to its most uncompromising form. A continuous ridge of peaks and mineral facets runs the full perimeter of the band, uninterrupted, with no terminal points to release the gesture. From above, the piece reads as a circle of erosion. In profile, the band shows two concentric registers: a smooth interior that holds the architectural geometry, an eroded exterior where the silver refuses to resolve.
Worn, the bangle moves on the wrist as a single sculptural object. The smooth interior sits against skin; the ridged exterior catches and breaks light unevenly across every point of the circumference. No two angles of view show the same outline.
The flagship piece of the (A) Symmetry series, a sequence of studies in asymmetry that runs from the Spiked Ring through the No. 9 Ring, the Cuff, and into this bangle.
The piece is produced in five sizes (XS through XL). Mass scales with size — from approximately 52 grams at XS to 93 grams at XL. As a closed bangle, it is sized to pass over the hand at rest; precise sizing matters more here than in the open Cuff. Maintenance: Sterling silver is reactive and develops patina through environmental friction over time. Restore the mirror finish with regular mechanical polishing using a silver cloth. For the recessed areas between the ridge peaks, professional ultrasonic cleaning reaches what a cloth cannot. Many wearers leave the recessed areas to darken naturally and keep only the outer surfaces polished — both approaches are correct.
